AFTER SCHOOL CLUBS
Dear parents of Year 1-3
We are pleased to offer After School Clubs in Term 2 2024-2025. Please fill in the attached form or come to the office and register. The cost is 200,000 vnd per club unless otherwise stated. Please don’t delay because clubs will be allocated on a first come, first served basis.
Children can enroll in all 3 clubs.
Clubs will start on 28 October 2024.
To register for clubs:
1. Write your child’s name
2. Circle the clubs that you want to register for
3. Return the form and money to the office
