Overview of Singapore International School @ Le Chan, Hai Phong
KIK @ Le Chan and SIS @ Le Chan are situated in the district of Le Chan in the center of Hai Phong and are designed to cater for students from Pre-Nursery to Year 12.
The school is a newly purpose-built state-of-the-art facility which is situated on 3.04 hectares. The buildings incorporate sustainability and green architecture, maximizing the outdoor space for students. With recycled rainwater, building orientated at angles to minimize energy consumption, and environmentally friendly building materials, the school provides a sustainable, world-class 21st century education facility.
Facilities include four large buildings including well-equipped classrooms, library, music, art and crafts rooms, STEM, science and computer laboratories. Additional facilities include a large auditorium, the canteen area with a first-class kitchen facility, a full-size football field, basketball court, playgrounds for primary and kindergarten students, a swimming pool for SIS students, and a small swimming pool for KIK students.
